Another testament to our ability to work within small sites across London, ‘The Quad’ as it is now known was a full design, supply and installation project consisting of converting the old paper factory into luxury apartments which included the installation of a series of balconies throughout the existing floors and a new steel frame above the main factory floor. The project challenges included working around a small courtyard development and manually fitting all steelwork without the use of machinery. Completed October 2015.
